You will be contacted via e-mail or phone if the product you purchased
is currently not available.
Shipping and Handling Policy
In Stock Merchandise usually is processed and shipped (in other
words, leaves our fulfillment center) within 3 business days. All
orders are subject to credit approval.The shipping cost is the USPS
standard shipping rates . There is an additional charge of 5.00
for your handling fee. When you ship items to multiple addresses,
we will add $5.00 for each additional address.
Return Policy
Merchandise can be returned with a Return Authorization number within
5 days of receipt of order. Call our customer service at 1-800-608-2229
to obtain a Return Authorization. The RA is valid for 1 week after
issue and all merchandise must be returned in its original condition.
You may return for a refund, exchange or store credit less shipping
charges. There is a 15% restocking charge for all returns that are
not for exchange or store credit.
